MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS
Because AdvantageTrust works exclusively with the
non-acute care members of HealthTrust, we are aware
of issues that are of interest to these
organizations. We have set up a number of ways
to communicate with our members about new contracts,
recalls, or other program information that is
important. Some examples include:
Announcements on the Market Specific Web
Sites
Each Web site has a section on the main page where we
post important announcements. These typically
include promotions, contract changes or new contract
announcements, but can also include recalls, market
condition information, or new Web site functionality
overviews.

Email Newsletter and Alerts
On a routine basis, AdvantageTrust members
receive AdvantageInsight an electronic newsletter. In the
newsletter we have highlighted new contracts and how
to access discounts, changes to the Web site and new
functionality and other contract related
information. The newsletter includes links
directly to the information online as well as
contact information should a member have any
questions.
If information relevant to our AdvantageTrust
members comes out prior to the Newsletter issue, an
AdvantageAlert is sent to members – these alerts are
generally just a paragraph in length and also
include links for more information.
